Was it a meter or a zone? If it was a zone you could say your commerical signs were stolen but you'd have to have some kind of backup job to support it, oh nevermind you said valid.

If you have those handicapper things, you don't need to pay the meter...

Use the process, because 61 percent of all appeals win. First time offenders have a better chance than others. When appealing, give specifics, such as what you think happened and be realistic.

States' quarters not working in parking meters isn't unique to Boston. A spokeswoman at the United States Mint said they've heard it from around the country, but can't find any proof.
