Moulds or Evans

Who's going to have a better season and why. I'm thinking Buf will call more plays for the young guy so i go with Evans.

I don't know if Evans will outperform Moulds just yet, but I really like the kid.

But if history wants to repeat itself for Moulds, this is his down year, in his alternating cycle.

1996 20 rec - 279 yards - 2TDs
1997 29 - 294 - 0TDs
1998 67 - 1368 - 9TDs
1999 65 - 994 - 7TDs
2000 94 - 1326 - 5TDs
2001 67 - 904 - 5TDs
2002 100 - 1292 - 10TDs
2003 64 - 780 - 1TDs
2004 88 - 1043 - 5TDs

i'm not sure, but i just have this feeling that evans will out perform moulds and put up some big numbers. i saw glimpses of brilliance from him at the end of last year

Flip a coin until Moulds goes down with a leg injury.

I'm avoiding both of them this year.

Moulds lost a step and is no longer a NFL #1 WR, while Evans is not polished enough to be a #1 WR. So we have two #2a WRs on this offense with no real goto guy... and a "rookie" QB at the helm. No pass catching threat at TE. Red flags all over the place for this offense. Buffalo has a talented defense, but the offense is a trainwreck.

The only guy I want on that side of the offensive side of ball is Mcgahee, and only because they are gonna forcefeed him the rock.

Sample Bill's drive:

1st- Mcgahee for 2
2nd - Mcgahee for 6
3rd- Losman incomplete to evans
4th - punt

1st - Bill's D turnover returned to opponents 20

1st- Losman to Moulds for 4
2nd - Mcgahee for 2
3rd - Losman incomplete to TE
4th - field goal

Wow! You really think it's a train wreck, I'm thinking their offense could be really fun to watch. I guess we will see. For the record I have back to back picks and took both of them (Moulds and Evans). They are my 3rd and 4th WRs and we only start 2 so they can only help.

I have them like this:

#29 Evans 900/60/7
#30 Moulds 850/70/5

I wouldn't draft either one except as a #4 or #5 wr, and even then, there are higher risk/higher upside WRs to look at for those roster positions.

If you have to take one, I'd bet it with Evans.

Evans is a serious deep threat and with the way they will use McGahee Ds will have to stay near the line. Therefore, I expect that Evans will get behind coverages enough to grab close to a K in yardage and upwards of 10 TDs. Way better upside than Molds.
