Ricky's Suspension Starts Today

From the Miami Herald:

The four-game suspension for running back Ricky Williams starts today. Williams isn't allowed to practice or be at the stadium, and he can't hold any news conferences or speak to reporters while at the Dolphins facility.

He may, on the other hand, work out at the Dolphins facility, see trainers and got to meetings.

He has actually looked pretty good in the preseason. He and Brown should split carries once he returns.

^I would love to see him traded as well, as I picked him up late in my draft. However, I think the Dolphins have already said that they don't plan to trade him.

Not this year at least. I wouldn't be surprised if they trade him for picks in the offseason though.
