i agree for pretty much the reasons you state. chambers looked great when he broke into the league a handful of years ago. since then, though, the continual QB problems on that team have really held him back.
as for bryant, i don't think he is actually that far behind chambers in talent...but, even though it is only dilfer - i think cleveland is going to surprise people this year. they WON'T make the playoffs (i'm even a browns fan) - not with baltimore and pittsburgh in that division - but they'll be pretty efficient and are FINALLY on the right track.
i'd really be interested to see what chambers could do in a good situation. just imagine if, somehow for some reason, instead of travis taylor being dumped by the ravens it was chambers...and chris signed on with the vikings. i'd LOVE to see what he could do in a system like that.
