Does the signing of Corey Simon make Indy one of the "Elite" defenses?

no -- he isn't THAT good. He is a good, solid player. Quality signing by them -- but how in the worl doculd they be "elite"?
The opening scene of the movie "Saving Private Ryan" is loosely based on games of dodgeball Brian Dawkins played in second grade.

They scored more points in most fantasy leagues last year than did some of the "Better" defenses including the Eagles

I picked them up in my first draft because they do get a lot of sacks and turnovers, which translates into decent fantasy numbers.

A Solid Defense? Yeah. An "Elite" One? No.
