Warrick Dunn is the man. He does so much for single mothers and now the Hurricane refugees. Just an incredible human being. Same can be said for Horn. It's a breath of fresh air in the days where guys like Terrell Owens steal headlines, that guys like Dunn and Horn get headlines for being great human beings. Very good stuff! ;-D

Dunn has been building something like 10+ houses a year for the disadvantage for years. He helps build them then they have to maintain the home, it's a very nice program.

Yeah he does it for single mothers, just like his own mother was when he was growing up. Class act all the way.

I can't find anything about Dunn doing that.. But I do see Deion doing the same thing, except he challenged all professional athletes to donate a minimum of 1k.

should have watched sportscenter Friday nite.
You could think of government workers like teenagers. You pay them an allowance, but do you get any work out them? They eat the food, put their feet on the furniture and complain loudly whenever they are unhappy.

another link just incase you wanted to read another feel good Horn story
http://www.sportsline.com/nfl/story/8802708/1

This stuff brings me faith in athletes,,,,now what would be more impressive (well maybe not but interesting none the less) is to see some POWER agents donate some of their "hard earned" cash.

Great job Joe Horn ;-D ;-D

Joe shows it's not about Bush, or the mayor, or FEMA. Its about people helping people on a personal level. Go Joe ... ;-D
Also, anybody else notice how many people are wearing Aaron Brooks jerseys in the news footage?

What an amazing act, bringing joy to all those who were so down.

Makes me proud to be a Saints fan.
