Portis is the safer pick but I see Julius having much more upside.
QB- M. Vick
WR- J. Jones, M. Colston
RB- R. Rice, J. Charles
TE- A. Hernandez
FLEX- D. McFadden, F. Jackson
K- G. Zuerlein
DEF- Miami

B- T. Romo, J. Kerley, K. Hunter, V. Ballard, D. Thomas, B. Myers, S. Suisham

i'd go with JJ
but it also depends how i think my team will end up shaping up. If i want to play it completely safe, i'd go with portis.

If i want the guy with the upside, it has to be JJ. Not many ppl thought CMart could do what he did, but Parcells was the man that molded him.

Redskins might have an easier schedule then the cowboys, but both play a lot of soft defences. But the cowboys are the better team in my opinion. They will get a lot more chances to run the ball. Skins will end up throwing it more when they trying to catch up.

i also think a lot of teams can stack the box versus the skins. Moss and Patten are average WR. Dallas now has Glenn-Key-Price-Morgan-Witten. They should be able to open more lanes for JJ.

I was lucky enough to have Priest fall to me at 1.04 and then Portis fell to me in the second round.

I was very happy.

J Jones went 2.01

Portis by a lot.

Im curious as to why some of you think WAS will be playing a lot from behind compared to DAL. WAS's defense is as good if not better than DAL, so why would WAS be playing from behind instead of DAL?

Washington's defense will keep them in about every game this year. If you just go down the schedule and add up the opponents scores they average something like 16.5 pts per game given up and I didn't even consider removing teams' defensive and special teams TDs from the average.

I think I would have to go with Clinton over Julie. I do think that Julie is going to have a monster season and wouldn't be unhappy with him in the least.

I just trust the Skins to be able to grind out games on the ground more and that will mean more Portis runs. A very good chance to re-establish himself as a top tier RB has he.

FanFoot...yes you have good RB's. However, you have quite possibly the WORST "starting"receiving core I have ever seen...
With that said, I would keep my fingers crossed if I were you

I'm surprised so many people chose Portis. The choice for me is Portis but I thought I'd be in the minority on that.
