Most added/dropped lists

Anyone know of any good free web sites that provide most added/dropped info on a weekly/daily basis?

the only website that I know does that was ESPN, but it wasn't free, and I don't know if they do it for football. They definitely did it for baseball though.

I think reading news on the forum is a better measure for picking up and/or dropping players than a list.

Yeah, add/drop lists usually constitute hype or rumors. If you're in a real jam then maybe that's all you need to get someone to fill a spot. This forum is more objective and sorts out the fact from fiction (well, usually anyway).
