How much action will he see this year?

expect no more than Lamont Jordan saw last year. i'd be surprised if he gets the number of carries Jordan got last year. Curtis Martin rarely misses a start (knock on wood), and I expect the Jets to focus more on the passing game this year, meaning less carries for the backup.

Plus I don;t see Blaylock getting the short yardage and goaline carries that Jordan got either.

I actually hope we keep Blaylock around for a while after Martin calls it quits. Blaylock has a lot of potential and he could be a great starting back. Anybody remember that Chiefs/Falcons game last year where both him and Priest rushed for 4 TD's each. I think if he got enough carries he'd rack up a good amount of yards and TD's.

I feel the same way about Blaylock, I bet we'll at least see more then were accustomed to this sunday.
