HAHAHA...Andre Johnson isn't a deep threat? Jesus, maybe you should watch a little more Texans games pal. Andre Johnson is in the top 10 for the fastest guys in the league. He's got more speed than any punt or kick returner. Do some research. He's got Moss-like speed with an Owens-type body. I love it when people talk about players that they never really watch or pay attention to, it's funny. Because then they say stuff like "Andre Johnson is a possession reciever..." Yeah, hes a possession reciever, you throw the ball thirty yards down field and he'll possess it on its way down.

Well...just to show you how worthless these guys are perceived. I had two trades in my league declined. Andre Johnson/Ward both for Chad Johnson and another deal of Johnson/Ward for Javon Walker.

Johnson could put up Owens/Moss type numbers but I think there are 2 problems.

1. Houston's offense is too conservative (see DD having nearly 70 catches last year) AND Johnson doesn't have a decent No. 2. People keep touting that it's his 3rd year, i.e. breakout time, but the guy needs help. Just because he's a physical specimen and it's his 3rd year doesn't equal magic.

2. Johnson hasn't figured out how to consistently beat a double team. And with no real help at his 2nd WR position, he's going to have to really improve on this.

Burleson is a much better candidate to breakout because of the personnel around him. He's not near as talented as AJ but he'll put up better numbers.
