Who's better? Carr or Harrington?

I currently have Harrington as my backup behind Tom Brady.

But I am wondering who is going to have the better season this year, Carr or Harrington?

Also Brees, Testerverde, Redman and Carr are all free agents in my league.

Should I drop Harrington for any of the four that I mentioned above?
