they should both combine for well over 20 tds, priest alone has avged over 20 a season the last 3 yrs and was on pace for 30 last yr, and that doesnt even include the td's blaylock and LJ scored the last couple of yrs

I watched the same thing! Vermeil said "Priest will get 20-22 carries and LJ will get 10-12!"

50-50 was not mentioned not even once!

Both backs did say they will be motivated each carry to do better than the other!

If I was to take a bet on who will do better with there carries I would take the proven guy PRIEST. This sounds like the original plan 70-30!

This sounds like wishful thinking for from those who have LJ and no Priests!

Yeah, I just don't see it happenin' either. Is it just me or does the whole d**n KC offense have a cloud of uncertainty hangin' over it headin' into the season? (This 50/50 thing, Green's Leg, Gonzo's Foot...) Not exactly what you want in the AFC Shootout Division.

i just saw this dealy on ESPN and vermiel said priest hypothetically would carry 20-22 times and johnson would carry 12-14 times that would be ideal.....in that situation "we would be humming along pretty good" where his words....that's hardly 50/50. that's about 70/30 isn't it? or is my math that bad...?
