These are my picks as well. I'm a little worried about LSU playing away against a good ASU team, though. I think they still pull it out. Also, I have to admit I don't know enough about North Texas/MTSU to be able to pick that game.

If that happens you can probably put me on suicide watch...doesn't matter though cuz it won't happen
The LSU/ASU game is interesting...I think with it being moved to death valley, which I've seen first hand is hard to play at, and the possible distraction of Katrina I think Arizona St. may be able to pull it out. Wouldn't surprise me if it's a better game than Texas/OSU.
