I'm waiting to pick him up until he proves something. With limited roster space, it's difficult to drop somebody who could help you for somebody who has yet to play or prove anything.

I am definitely keeping an eye on him though, as I need a TE badly in more than one of my leagues.

I like Troupe's potential that he showed last year. I want to a) see him get healthy first and b) see what this offense udner Chow is going to be all about. I think TEs could play a major factor, I just want to see it first.
