FF Yahoo Starting Lineup Question

Ok. I am new to FF and I have a silly rookie/newbie Yahoo Starting Lineup Question.

You can only start one QB a week right? I mean if you have Collins (playing Thursday) and McNabb (Playing Monday), you can't start Collins on Thursday and then bench him for McNabb on Monday and get both of their stats can you? Same stupid question would apply to morning and night games and other positions.

I assumed that once you play a position that week, it is locked until the following week.

Sorry if this is a dumb question but it makes a HUGE difference if I am wrong.
