Need a new Avatar for "phr0zen crew" team

I'm looking for an 100 x 100 avatar that plays on the team name phr0zen crew. Maybe a football made of ice that is cracked or something. I have tomilson as a RB so maybe his name on the ball or anything else someone more creative than me can think of. ANYTHING is much appreciated, right now I just have a cyan colored blank helmet.

this second version has the exact text u asked for phr0zen crew, no upper case, that other font above, which i prefer, looks very different when in lower case, and it wouldnt look right.

Very nice work jte - as Coltsfan400 seems a bit new I will point out that fitting all three guys in with the size restrictions is probably a bit difficult - hence the two guys instead...
