Cant get image down to 6k

I've got this great image i've made with Photoshop but cant seem to minimize it to 6k and keep clarity. Help Me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Can Anyone just point me into the right direction.....

who doesn't want to see Urlacher and Scarface in the same image???

I use "Save for Web" and then under quality I go 40-45%... Ussually works fine. Not sure if there are other tricks out there.

Also that works great for sigs 345x86
