Possible help for a logo for a webpage

I know I'm probably being a pain, but all the work you guys do is awesome, and i'd like to display some of it on my leagues website. I am the commisioner of a 12 team keeper league (just started this year with the keeper format). I am absolutely terrible with photoshop.

I was wondering if anyone was willing to help me out and create a sweet banner for the top of our page. I'm in no real hurry for it (i currently have one up that i made..looks terrible though).

The current size of the one that i have is 604w X 242h. the height is fine, but it can be a little wider is needed. I was looking for something with some stud players on it (ie..Manning, LT2, Gonzo, Alexander, TO, Moss..guys like that). The name of the league is "Adelphia Fantasy Football League". If you only want to put AFFL on there, that is fine as well. You can be as creative as you want.

Is there a specific file format it needs to be? jpeg, gif, png, etc.

What about file size limit?

Thanks, leal (you're work is awesome...still using the Pujols one you made me)...file format and file size doesn't matter. i'm the webmaster for the page, so i can use whatever format/file size you come up with.

If I can get a flash program going I'll try incorporating some players unless of this will do

Leal, that is damn nice. Thanks. If you can get that flash program, then that would be sweet! If this is something that you just wanna mess around with for some time, that's fine. LIke I said, I'm in no big rush to get this, just would like to get rid of the crappy one I have up right now. This will work out great!!

would you mind me taking a look at the webpage?

So far I'm not having much luck with Flash, alot of what of finding does just text. I could do something else as a gif but the file would be huge and take some time to down load where as the flash files are usually smaller (from what I've seen anyway)

I'll keep messing with it when I have time, and I'll also make one with players and making the logo smaller, just a basic jpeg or png.
