I have to agree with Terpfan. His College team may suck (Southwest Marshmello State, was it?), but his reasoning is otherwise sound. Reed looks like he may have been reading too many press clippings and not practicing his routes enough to hold his #2 spot. Lelie is the big play threat for the Broncs and Stallworth is the #2 in an explosive O.

Stallworth - With this hamstring injury he's had this past week makes me worry about him. Also Haslett has been impressed with Jerome Pathon this preseason and he has not declared a clear #2WR yet.
Lelie - Probably will be a starter some time during the season
Reed - He was given the #2WR spot to fill in for the departed Price, but he didn't have a good preseason and Shaw has stepped up. There is no clearcut #2WR yet.

Stallworth then Lelie for sure. I think you can through Reed out for a while as he is going in the wrong direction. He lost his #2 spot, which can't mean good things for him.

Stallworth will be impact from game #1. Lelie may take until the middle of the season before he becomes a regular starter.
