Trade Help!!!

I could use an opinion on a trade that was proposed to me:

My current roster: (15 team league)

QB Mcnair, Couch (play 1)
RB Bennett, Lamar Smith, Henry, Hearst ( play 2 or 3)
WR Moss, Toomer, Conway, Koreen Robinson (play 3 or 4)
TE Pollard, Heap
Def Seahawks:

Here is the trade offer:

Warner, Duckett, Shannon Sharpe, and Miami Def
for
Couch, Pollard, Smith, and Seahwaks def

WHAT DO YOU THINK? AM I GIVING UP TOO MUCH?

if you do this trade you will be stuck with 3 rb's that share carries, the only one that is full time is henry, based on that i wouldnt do the trade.

you'll improve your defense but hurt your backfield. Warner is tempting and may be worth the gamble.
Smith took the starting job in Carolina, you would be givning up a starting RB and that is always a tough decision.
I say take the trade, it will be only on this basis: Warner returns to old form, which he just may.
Duckett, is sharing carries now, but is improving each week and Atlanta cannot hold him back too much longer, Dunn is not the kind of RB that can get the job done. Duckett will take job before too long.
Till then, it would be a gamble, but in the long run, it just may be a very good choice.
