pretty good, one thing though, dunno if there is anything you can do about this but the C in touChdown looks like a G cus of the endzone lettering

I like it, thats pretty cool. Really good idea with the background .

It took a while to find what dirt bag was talking about but once you find it it sticks out like a thorn. Maybe dropping a shadow behind the letters might correct that.

Like anything else practice makes perfect. There are multiple requests of people who want new sigs, I would recomend trying a couple.
