yeah im the commish of this league. I wouldnt have given his money back except he filed a complaint with paypal saying that i was using his money for gambling and he was not aware of it. Real loser!! anyways i had to give him his money back so he would drop the claim. I am not sure what to do. Right now im trying to find someone to fill the spot but doubht they will pay money to fill it. thanks for the suggestions. WE are using EA sports btw.

I'd clear his roster and just give everyone a win that plays him. I know it's not fair for the teams that play him twice but it's also not fair for a team to get knocked out by an unmanned team.
