who am i? #1 (answered)

I was chosen in the 3rd round of the NFL draft and the 5th round of the AFL draft. I wound up going to the NFL, turning down the Patriots. In my very first game, I threw for four touchdowns, and by the time I retired, I led all QBs in touchdown passes, yards, attempts, completions... you name it. In between, I was involved in a couple of blockbuster trades, but wound up finishing my career with the same team I started with.
