Well guys, this was in the local paper this morning. Isn't this every guys dream to decorate the basement exactly how you want it. We just had a house built 2 years ago, so I am still working on mine, but just wanted to hear what you guys think are necessities or things that you have done.

secondary TV by the bar

and don't forget to have a bathroom downstairs. nothing is worse than having to walk upstairs during the game to go.

That's pretty much my Dad's basement, and it works out perfect

On fall Sundays, he's usually watching the Lions on his 52-inch screen high-definition TV. Hernandez has season tickets at Ford Field, but he says the Man Cave lets him enjoy the game just as much from home

I guess watching the Lions games this way, no one can see him crying

Add a stripper pole to the list and to include said strippers

Perfect list..... Ill add a couple things to that.

1. Pinball Machine
2. Sound proof ceiling tiles, or sound proofing between the tiles and the ceiling.
3. Memorabilia for the Walls(i.e. Barry Sanders/Stevie Y jerseys)

I just moved into a new home, the basement is not finished and were not exactly flush with cash to be able to start.

I do have a nice pool table and a set of plans. Gonna be a while but I will be starting work on it in the next cpl of months.

One of the reason we built the house we did was the space in the basement. I have the plans ready, just not the budget at the time. It is coming together slowly(carpet and some wiring). My plans include:
Multiple raised TV's
Stadium seating
2 fridges
small TV by the bar
bar
poker room(with 2 tables)
memorabilia
