Not as deep a sleeper, but certainly not a guy many want to start, I think Eli could be a sleeper this week. He's really got a lot of weapons to work with, and the Saints aren't known for defense much. I could see a 300+ 3+ TD game. Not saying he's a lock, but anything less than 250 yards and 2 TDs would be disappointing against that D.

Hard to tell what guidelines you guys are using for "sleeper" QBs, but if Champ is out Brees should have a pretty crazy stat line.

Where's Ryan Leaf? wrote:Ya know, maybe I'm just saying this (or, hoping) because he's on a couple of my teams, but I think Jake the snake could be in for a good day against a weak SD passing defense in Mile high where it gets hard for visitors to breathe late in the game.

I agree with Leaf. Plummer at home is always a great play and they will step it up against the Chargers to rebound from the Miami loss. Denver has a lot of confusion at RB and lots of stability at WR. Plummer is +350 this week with 2-3 TD (but probably 2-3 INT also).

Harrington's got a test coming up on the road against that Bears D.
After what Willie did to the Titans, I think they're gonna see heavy doses of Jamal and Chester. I don't have Wright down for a big day.

But I like both the Brees and Plummer calls this weekend. Jake should only be a home spot start anyway, and after Shanahan chews on that whole offense all week, they'll come out with a bounce-back effort.

Lefty against the Colts. He will have to throw alot and the Colts aren't as good as the Ravens made them look. Smith and Jones will have big days. Look for 250+ and a couple of touches from Leftwich.
