Just take one of the paperbags on this website and fix the wallpaper with the clone stamp tool. Or just get a picture of a paper bag off an image search and use that.

Not sure what kind of assignment this is but to tell you the truth it doesn't look all that much like a paperbag with all the colors running through it and such.
