Cadillac: Sell High or is he for Real?

two 100 yard rushing games in a row for the rookie in his first 2 NFL games. 2 TD's and I think about 276 rushing yards in them. Is this guy for real or he is a prime sell high candidate, I have him in one of my leagues but he's still a rookie, so I obviously have some doubts about him.

I would've said a sell high candidate after week 1, but after he torched the Bills defense and injured at that, I think the guy is for real. We might even be talking top 10.

I say he's for real. I thought he was the best running back in the draft class and so far it looks that way. I don't know why Ronnie Brown (his backup) was the higher pick in the draft.

Running on one of the top defenses in the league for 120+ and a TD is a sure sign he's a stud.

I think he's for real, but whether to keep him or sell him depends on your lineup. Now is a great time to sell high though, he's not going to have back-to-back 100 yard games all season.

Sell high? Huge mistake IMO. Did you guys miss the Bill's game today? They're one of about 5 defenses... make that 3 (Pittsburgh, Washington, Buffalo) that shut RBs down, and Caddy dominated them.

Looks to me like Caddy is going to be a top10 RB this year.

Given that he's a rookie I have to say real deal. I don't see any reason why he wouldn't improve, given that he's been successful against good defences his first 2 games.

Week 1 was a fluke, probably the flukiest long TD run I've ever seen right at the end of the game to make his numbers look good.

Week 2 though, he looked good running against a very good defense. Pittman was not much of a factor at all in either game really, Caddy definitely looks like he's going to get the ball a lot. Ok, so he never carried the load in college and the big question is whether or not he can handle 25 carries a game for 16+ games in the NFL. Bleh, I've never bought into that, not going to now, he'll be fine.

ONLY thing that worries me a little about Caddy is that Alstott has gotten a number of goalline carries, but I'm not sure how long that'll last as Caddy is pretty good near the stripe himself.

I would hold him.

If you've got two other serviceable starters at RB, this would be a prime time to sell him for an elite starter at another position, but I would hold onto him with a death grip in dynasty and keeper leagues.
