HOUSTON (Ticker) - Chris Palmer has taken the fall for the Houston Texans' anemic offense.

The Houston Chronicle is reporting that the Texans have fired Palmer, the club's only offensive coordinator since its inception in 2002.

According to the report, offensive line coach Joe Pendry will replace Palmer.
