French bread slices with mayo, dijon honey mustard, horseradish. Lettuce, red onion, tomato. Pepperoni, ham, genoa salami.
what kind of cheese should I use??
Whatchu got there is one helluvan Italian sub (despite the fact that you're using French Bread).... In my experience, the best play given all of the ingredients at hand is 4 slices of provolone on a 6 inch, or 8 slices for a footlong.... Another good play might be some fresh mozzarella.... Match-ups I would avoid would be Feta, Blue Cheese, Gouda, and Brie....
Good luck....
First off, that's some funny s**t right there.
I think the Cincy D is a strong play this week. Last week notwithstanding (and I'm really beginning to wonder if any game involving Joey Harrington should count.) The Bears Offense consists of a Rookie QB, a RB who inspired so much confidence in his own team that they drafted Cedric "No, pay me more" Benson in the first round, and a WR who may (or may not) have been a one-year wonder (too soon to tell with Mushy). Granted, the Bears have a great defense (that's why I drafted them after all <pats self on back>) that forces a lot of turnovers.
Thing is, Cincy's D Does too. And as Plindsey said (wise man that he is) M. Lewis knows a thing or two 'bout Defense. Add to that the fact that Chicago hasn't exactly faced juggernaut offenses this year (WASH and DET), the fact that the Bengals Offense is clicking on all cylinders right now (which, as a Browns fan, makes me damn near physically ill), and given the choice this week between Cincy's D and Chicago's D (which I have), I'll take Cincy.
Just my opinion tho'. Could be wrong.
