Any of you cards fans have any word on the RB situation there? Is Marcel getting the start?

He is really close in winning the starting job again. He is more of a bruiser back than JJ is, and since we have no O-line we need all the muscle we can get.

Ship had a slow training camp because he wasnt cleared to do full contact drills until the last week(s) of camp. Unless we work on our O'line JJ is useless on the current system.

Agreed. Starter or not, Marcel will have more yards than JJ this week and will very likley be the starter within a week. Cards have also been talking to the Vikes about trading for Bennett so you know Green isn't happy with JJ.
