Koren Robinson Too much hype

Everybody keeps telling me what a great WR this guy is.And I just don't understand the hype about Robinson.Am I missing something?

Who is telling you this? He's a guy that has had major potential (tall, speedy) but has been a bust due to his inability to actually catch the ball.

A new setting might help, but only if he makes catches. He's nothing more than a bench player (#5 guy) until he can prove otherwise.

Who in their right mind actually tells people Robinson is a great WR? I think you may be talking fantasy football with some seriously competitive folk who don't want you to know any better.

I wouldnt hype Koren until he actually does something in our offense system. He right now should recieve only upside thoughts not really hype, everybody hyped up Burleson ...look at how he has turned up so far. I'm not saying I dont want him to do great, I would really love that but he hasnt shown anything in the Vikings system yet.

Well, if you look in this forum under "And the Viking WR with the most impact for week 3 is........", you'll find several people saying Koren is going to be the man this weekend.

I sure don't see it. This guy has been a major disappointment to date and has his alcoholism to deal with on top of that. The hype about Koren reminds me of the hype when David Terrell went to the Patriots and everybody was saying he'd be Brady's favorite receiver. Now he's the #5 in Denver. Sometimes a change of scenery will be of benefit, but it rarely turns a dog into a top player.
