C. Martin & P. Holmes FOR S. Davis and M. Faulk....

Postby Marcum » Sun Sep 29, 2002 9:22 am

Do you make this trade? I posted this earlier, but it got all mixed up with responses. Gimme your opinions. As far as depth, I've only got Mike Anderson as backup. We are only carrying a 14 man roster, and starting 8 a week.

On one hand it is tought to give up the best back in football, but then C. Martin ain't doing crap. And if you look at their schedules in weeks 13 and 14 (playoff weeks) there are some interesting matchups.

Please gimme thought provoking ideas....

Urrgh, tough call. I say, take it. Faulk will produce as will Davis. Not sure if either will do as good as Holmes is now tho.

Tough one...
I'd say hold off cuz no one has stopped Holmes yet, even the best D's. C-Mart is bound to come back to form ifn that injured ankle ever gets better. I'd say St. Lou is all but giving up now that they are 0-4. Dont see them playing for Pride. S. Davis SHOULD be getting a ton of yards, but Spurrier has yet to use him effectively so dont count on that.
