Gonzo vs Bailey

Last year Gonzo was pretty quiet with Champ on him. Anyone actually sitting him this weekend for someone else?

I don't know about benching a stud. Besides, Champ is a little banged up if memory serves me.

For how bad I want to, there's no way I can.

Sure Champ showed him up in both games last year and probably the same this year, but you can't sit the #1 TE.

Memory serves you correct, from what i have read Champ is still having a hard time extending his arm above his head without pain from the seperated shoulder. If Green puts it up high for Gonzo i dont see him having many problems against Champ. Bailey is due for his beat down game also.

According to my memory, Champ only covered Gonzalez in week 1 last year. When they met the 2nd time, the LBers handled most of the coverage while Champ mostly stayed on Kennison. Last week, Champ was not exclusively locked up on Gates, which leads me to believe that Denver is confident enough in their coverage to leave Bailey on the outside.

Camp just hasn't looked himself since Chad Johnson burned him on Monday night. I think Gonzo gets the best of him, assuming they feel they have someone who can keep pace with Kennison.
