I was gonna buy the Yahoo Stattracker, its for $9.99, but thing is I'm not sure if its for the week or for the rest of the season.

Does anyone know where it might show that at?

It's for the whole season for all screen names on that ID.

If you click on the "purchase stat tracker" or whatever the link says, it stipulates a one-time charge of $9.99 for the whole season.
