How do I get and insert a team pic into my posts? I'm new.

If you are talking about a graphic that is inserted at the end of your post you should go to the Cafe Logo forum. There you ask for a picture of a certain player, team, etc. and somenoe will create it for you and show you how to put it in your signiture.
