Mewelde Moore had a very nice game.

Is he the official starter or do we still need to worry about the totally ineffective Michael Bennett?

If Tice has any regard for his job, he'll keep Moore as the starter. He came in late last year and did pretty well, considering what a monster passing game MIN had last year. I picked him up off of FA right after the draft because I was dumb enough to draft M. Bennett, so I hope he's the starter! Check the Star Tribune for more info...they're pretty good about staying on top of things.

Moore should remain the starter, but what worries me is this week's match-up against Atlanta.... If Moore gets off to a shaky start, we could see Bennett with 10-12 carries this week, and if he performs well, we could be back to square one....

(Rotoworld) According to the Minneapolis Star Tribune, Mewelde Moore is in position to be the Vikings' featured running back for the rest of the season.
Impact: ''I definitely feel that I can carry 25, 30 times a game,'' Moore said. ''I'm a little sore, but I feel pretty good. I feel I'm in shape enough to handle it.''

No doubt, Moore could succeed as the featured RB. I just don't trust Tice to be smart enough to start him all year.

You need to worry about the totally ineffective Mike Tice. Until Moore has been firmly installed as the starter and full-time back - proven by Tice's actions, not his words - I would be scared to start him.
