Jets looked like crap last night

I especially loved the screen pass on 3rd and five. That was genius, sheer genius. Testeverde is not going to win games, and the rbs didn't step up either. They looked ugly

I agree. I don't remember Vinny throwing a ball over 7 yards in the air the whole night. Its going to be a long season for the Jets if they aren't willing to stretch the field at least a little and try to throw the ball up the field.

I didn't think the Jet's D looked bad at all. I hate to put blame on any one player, but even if Teterverde had an average game, the Jets would have won. He really looked like crap.

They made a poor Skins team look average, that was a dismal performance by both teams.

Jets O-line looked like crap. Maybe Pennington would have been quicker, but it doesn't look like Vinnie is going to get anytime to look downfield like he wants to do. And the running game looks a little doomed, too - if they can't push the mediocre Skins defense a yard or two off the line.

Maybe the Skins D has just come that far this season. I doubt it - if I was a betting man (oh wait, I AM a betting man), the chances of the Jets having a losing season looks a lot better than the chances of a the Skins having a winning season.
