I think Portis finds the endzone the first time this year against the Hawks. I was really confused in why Washington didn't Blitz the "Statue" in there last game. I have to sit Hasselback with Seneca taking more snaps in practice and with Matts arm being tender esp. with a Washington D haunting him all game. I am on tilt a little because Atlanta didnt even get close to touching him...Hawks Oline has looked incredible. I am confused

I'm filing that one right next to "Take away that 70 yard run, and he only had a 60 yard game!"

I know Shaun Alexander is basically unbenchable, and you never bench your studs. But I don't feel good starting him against Washington at Washington. I feel a 18/52/0 type day coming on.. Still has a shot at a TD if Washington commits a pass interference penalty near the goalline though.

stopping the run is the one thing the Redskins can usually do.
They're also good at preventing the other team from scoring at all.
The two TDs they've given up this year are on a trick play (the flea flicker on monday night) and to the bears when they fumbled the 2nd half kickoff and the Bears had great field position.
Basically, the Redskins win games if their OFFENSE doesn't give up points or completely horrible field position.
If the offense gives up points or field position, they lose.
The opponent's offense has NOTHING to do with it.

I hate seeing them on the schedule.
Didn't the skins play you last season of the year before? Seems like we play them seahawks too much.
It was the last spermier season when we worked over the shegulls, which was season before last. Oh how time flies when your not really having that much fun. But begining to get fun again.
