Good call on the Alworth. Namath too, any of the old AFL jerseys looked pretty cool--mid to late sixties' style, but with way more colors and designs than the old NFL stuff. The year the NFL went to the throwbacks was a really cool idea, except teams like the Packers and Bears going too far back and just looking really stupid. But the Jets, Giants, Chargers, Cowboys, 49ers etc., kept the look around for awhile, so you know that time period is cool. You can't miss with a Butkus throwback either though.
