Just saying 1st pick for this years draft

Lets say the packers end up finishing the season with only 2 wins and get the 1st round pick. What would they do with it would they trade it or draft someone other then leinhart. They got rogers last year and would be a waste of a pick to get another good qb.

Now i knows is a long shot but anyone have any thoughts on it?

Might be a tad bit early but they would probabaly trade down a bit. They seem to have a number of holes that need filling.

well, there's no sense of saying that because the pack will not get the #1. it will probably go to the jets, bears, or titans

Even if bush came out early how could you pass up a talent like that? Im just a frustrated packers fan and if this season is a bust thats the only good thing that could come out of it would be a top pick you konw?

Texans and Oakland could rival for the top pick, so could Arizona or San Fran it seems.

In any event, the Packers would be fools to take Leinhart having drafted a 1st round QB this year, and most likely would be able to find someone willing to work out a trade so they get an extra pick to rebuild with.

Oakland is not that bad. They will rebound and have a nice finish... although not as spectacular as some thought prior to the season.

I understand people saying they would need to trade, but think about it. Leinart looks like a freaking stud, I don't think ANY team that needs a QB could pass on him.

It would make ALOT more sense to trade Aaron Rogers to some team for say a early 2nd or late 1st and draft Leinart to be your future. They could still fill other holes with what they get for Rogers.
