What do you think of these picks for this week?

The Redskins website has this thing on their multimedia page each week, a video with "The Fantasy General" check it out if you haven't seen it. Curious what people think of the video segment and his picks this week.

Are these supposed to be the top fantasy scorers at their positions? In short, Manning and Smith aren't very brazen picks, but still good ones. If Manning goes off though, I'd bet one of this WRs outperforms Smith this week. And I don't buy JJ being the best RB this week. He hasn't had outstanding ypc against mediocre run defenses, and Oakland can clamp down on the run, so LT, Alexander, Edge, just too many better options, not that JJ isn't a good play.

EDIT: Also, I'd say Cincy is the top defense this week. Houston's lack of protection, Cincy's ball hawking, 5 sacks and 3 turnovers seem modest with probably <= 10 points allowed.
