Unexpected Week 4 Break out players

Postby devius » Sat Oct 01, 2005 4:05 pm

QB: Tim Rattay... i know its a stretch. but that arizona team is horrible and it looks to be a shootout. Rattay has been pretty good with the long ball when healthy.

WR: Micheal Clayton... has been been quiet as of late but against a bad DET team i think he finds the endzone this week.

RB: Warrick Dunn... maybe not as unexpected but going up against a very depleted minny defense(sharper out, udeze out) i think he breaks a 30 yarder and finds the endzone for the first time this season.

TE: Courtney Anderson... has looked good as of late and will get his fair share against a weak Dallas secondary.

K: Ryan Lindell... dont think Buffalo will be able to get into the endzone with JP at the helm. but will get into the redzone a few times.

anybody have any other break out predictions?

How can Lindell be a breakout player in week 4? He already broke out with 5 FGs in week 1, and he had 3 or 4 in week 3.

very true. just thought id throw him in there since ive actually seen him still on the waivers in alot of leagues since the K spot seems to go unnoticed alot of times.

i also expect Tynes to see alot of opportunies with Green's inability to convert when in the redzone.

Robert Ferguson - Driver is banged up, GB should be trailing early, Farve has to throw to someone.

My Week 4 breakthrough...

He has constantly disappointed for the Niners, but this week against Arizona in Mexico City he comes through with a great game.

I know Travis Taylor had two TDs last week, but I expect to see this trend continue against the Falcons secondary, plus he'll have yardage to back up a TD.

100 yards + 1 TD

The only reason the Atlanta numbers look good is due to Losman and his whopping 75 passing yards last week. Otherwise both McNabb and Hasselbeck threw for over 270 yards each on them.

RON DAYNE.

Just thought I'd throw that one out there, since you guys are going for safe picks to breakout.

I think AJ coming off the bye w/ new OC will finally put in a good game, along w/ D Carr.

Although they face a tough Bengals Def.

I wouldn't mind seeing CRogers finally do something in this league as well, though he also faces a tough Def, in TB...
I hate LJ Smith!

Peyton will break out this week against a not to hot pass defense. The Titans will HAVE to pass to keep up.

Brandon Jones breaks out as a true play maker this week.
