I am offered Peyton Manning & a DB for Brian Griese, Fred Taylor . I have Culpepper as my other Qb and Holmes, Tomlinson, fred Taylor, Lamar Smith and Ron dayne as my Rb's and Boston, Holt, Steve Smith and McCardell as my Wr's

Any advice?

Griese and taylor are both risky, but your team looks solid enough to take that gamble!

Hell yea I'd do that,Fred Taylor is a risky RB to have because of his injuries.Griese's goinna have a great year but so is Peyton Manning so that's a fair trade.It kind of depends on what DB your getting to seal off the deal.If it is someone of Deltha O'Neil's talent then by far you HAVE to accept,even if it isn't someone that good,you still NEED to accept.
