I'm loving this guy as a #3 receiver from here on out... pick him up if he's still on your wire!

Battle is hurt, until he recovers I'd say lloyd is the top option.
ADMIN edit: please note that the overall sig limit is 12k - thanks!

Other then his Fumble tonight, I like the way he gets things done. Very nice #3.

Not sure how you figure that... Perhaps you taking hype too seriously?

They will both be good producers this year since SF will be winging the ball and is minus a good TE target.

Battle will have to actually get his butt on the field to do anything though.

So maybe in your dream land Battle > Lloyd, but here in reality-land Lloyd > Battle.

Nope Battle definatley has more value than LLoyd.

Battle has a pretty minor injury and was scheduled to play today until the last moment. I dont see any reason it will hold him out of next weeks game in Indy where the niners will prolly have 40 throws (that 20 indy scoring drives and 20 3 and outs with a run on 1st down).

Id suggest BOTH niner WRs are startable next week. Battle may be startable every week as he is seein 6-9 catches per game. Unlike LLoyd who will have the odd 4-100 and a TD but plenty of 4-30 and nadda as well.

Not true. Brandon Lloyd and Arnaz Battle will probably get a lot of garbage time points, a la Anquan Boldin in 03.

I would argue that a healthier Battle gives Lloyd more of a chance to score BIG. But, if Battle is not healthy, Lloyd can still catch 7-9 balls and put up good yardage. As he did last night.

The only problem is Rattay/Smith. For now, these two guys deflate the value of both Lloyd and Battle.

The true upside is the garbage points.
