Big Trade - Did I come out on top?

I was in desparate need of a back-up RB and was stacked at WR so I made the following trade:

I gave: Bruce, Kev. Johnson, Shipp, Stallworth
for
He gave: Key. Johnson, Portis, Bennett, M. Williams, Kev. Barlow

what do you think?

it depends. first, im assuming you're in a yardage/td league. if so, then you've given up at least one starter (kev. johnson) and maybe a second (stallworth). and i dont think you really received any in return--- as of right now. however, you did acquire a LOT of fantasy playoff potential. i see both portis and barlow assuming the bulk of work in the latter weeks of the season. and bennett should have gotten his act together by then... but if not, you got moe williams in your deal, which is nice insurance. and there's nothing wrong with having keyshawn on your roster. but i think it comes down to your other WRs. if you're still somewhat loaded and you have at least one sturdy RB, then you are definitely in a good position.

my team now looks like this:

QB: Garcia, B. Johnson
RB: S. Alexander, T. Henry, Portis, K. Barlow, M. Williams
WR: Tim Brown, Keyshawn, J. Thrash, K. Dyson, J. Pathon

Stallworth would have never been a starter for me and is out for an undisclosed amount of time, so really all I gave up was KJ and Bruce and if Keyshawn gets his act together I think I'll be alright - I think that I HAD to do this trade b/c with Alexander on a bye, I would have had to start Shipp, who is also questionable for this week - any other thoughts anyone?

the only thing is, now who do I start this week???

QB(1): Garcia, B. Johnson
RB(2): S. Alexander (bye), T. Henry, C. Portis, K. Barlow, M. Williams
WR(2): Tim Brown, Keyshawn, J. Thrash, K. Dyson, J. Pathon

I'm thinking Garcia, Henry, Barlow, Brown, and either Pathon or Dyson (injuries force them both into #1 slots)

Any help appreciated!!!

that lineup looks alright. i would lean towards dyson or even thrash against the jags. not sure what he's been doin this year, but they cant just focus on him with freeman playin the way he is.

Now you just have to figure out who to start from M. Williams and Bennet. You also have to hold onto both of them until one proves to be the king.
