Trades? Moss and Alexander? Help!!!! Damsel in Distress

Postby Pamela » Tue Oct 01, 2002 6:46 pm

Hey boys, I really want to beat my boyfriend in this league but I need help.
Should I trade for Moss while value is low? Giving only Rice, Galloway and Staley for Moss and Dunn. I'll still have Owens and Moulds at WR and Henry and Alexander at RB.

Should I get value for Alexander while his value is high? Giving Alexander for Key. Johnson and R. Williams. Again still having the players listed above plus Brady at QB.

I'd trade Alexander to get Key and Ricky Williams.

I'd take R Williams for Alexander. Moss, in my heart I dont think he will recover and become consistent. Sure he is bound to have a big game here and there, but consistency is what you need and thats what R. WIlliams offers.

I would do the alexander trade and probably the moss trade also. Then you wold have moss and owens as your receivers. After that i would tr to package your back up QB and moulds to try to get another stud runner opposite ricky williams. Your team would then have brady, moss, owens, williams, stud, as starters. Go for it.

do the alexander trade first that is awesome for you

also id keep rice galloway and staley you have enough depth at WR especially if you pick up KJ "owens, moulds, KJ, rice, galloway"
and at RB with "williams, henry, staley"

if anything give the rice galloway and staley combo for another elite RB and then go after some solid FA WR that would still be available just for depth. sonsidering owens had his bye already you really wouldnt need anyone else there but its good to have a backup plan. also by trading that combo for a top RB youd have a stellar lineup at RB and WR with brady at the helm and then youd be set

If you can get Ricky Williams, do it now. Key is worth next to nothing with all the recievers available and Alexander doesn't compare to Ricky Williams. Williams will put up good numbers every week.
