Yeah, at this point, I would stick in there too. You have nothing to lose (the odds are stacked against you anyway), and everything to gain (considering that, if you win, he obviously sucks).
Maybe you could send us all his email and we can spam him into sumission.

He locked me from changing my team name, too. He did this after I changed my name to his team name except I changed one letter to small case. I did it just to piss him off, but the great thing is two teams in the league somehow thought that the commisioner was running two teams because of my name change. The commish then changed his squad's name and locked me from changing mine again.

Earlier in the thread I said to just walk away, but now this a-hole is really driving me crazy - people like this are who gives Yahoo public a bad name. Do you have ANY access left?

Like others have suggested, try to email some of the people on ur team through a different email account. I'm sure if u update them on the situation (they should know whats going on- you never know though) something will be done about it. Basically petition against ur commish. The commish might cave into peer pressure. Has he wrote any messages to you personally or on the board? It would be interesting to see these.
