To be honest, I think they're saying that just to make DeShaun happy. If they were stupid enough to give Davis this heavy a workload considering how soon it's been from his surgery, I doubt they're smart enough to lighten his workload, either.
I think the ratio'll be 3 to 1 at best. I think Davis is the clear starter.
Najeh or Pittman aren't available?

Picked up Najeh last night so he's already plugged in, it's just the other RB spot I'm trying to figure what to do with. It's either DeShaun, KJ ( ) or Caddy ( )

Hmm...if Caddy plays, I'd definitely go with him, but that doesn't look too likely now. I'd probably still start KJ over DeShaun, though the fact that Pinner was getting carries is very disconcerting.
Simply, I want to see DeShaun actually get carries before I feel comfortable starting him.
Nobody to drop for Pittman if Caddy doesn't play?

They say he's supposed to get more involved but who knows. Anymore involved and it's a true RBBC. Look at their touches from game to game. Davis only has about a 2/1 ratio over Foster. Frankly, Davis has not been very effective running the ball the last 3 weeks, 2.7ypc average to Foster's nearly 4.5ypc average.

DeShaun and Davis split carries, but Davis gets the slight edge. DeShaun gets the passing plays and some draw plays while Davis gets 1st and 2nd downs including goal-line carries. I would definately start Foster because he'll make an impact in the passing game while getting some decent carries.
Foster is the better back between the two, it just seems like Fox has a hard on for Davis.
If Foster were the starting back in Carolina he would be a top 5 RB. However he isn't and Davis is stealing all the short yardage carries. Davis 6 TD's - Foster 0.
Foster is getting at least 3 receptions per game and is averaging over 50 yards rushing and 30 yards receiving a game. He will eventually break one for a TD very soon and if that happens he will gather you allot of fantasy points.
If this guy was the starter he would be getting the same numbers as Westbrook and Tiki.
THey're really already splitting carries. Foster has actually scored 5.6, 6.0, 7.5, and 9.3 fantasy points in his 4 games so far with standard 10/6 scoring.
