Seattle's defense???

What is the long-range forcast for Seattle's defense? I've considered them a strong sleeper this year due to adding players like Marcus Trufant and certain players getting over injuries that bothered them last year. I also saw before the season that Seattle has a very easy schedule, starting this week with Arizona. Considering how much they stumped a team like New Orleans, which is known for its offensive fireworks, this past week, should I snag them now and start them week two against Arizona and never look back? I currently start Washington, but am very disappointed in their stale showing against the Eagles (only seven fantasy points for me).

From what I know they have a solid overall D. No big stars but all the guys they have get the job done. They have some good DLs and LBs. They should be able to hold thier own.

Go for it. I did simply for what you talked about,,,,an improved D and a very often easy schedule.......and yes I did pick them up this am and will start them this week against AZ.

I am taking the risk on Seattle's D as well. They should continue to post good numbers with their easy schedule.
