Hmm...well, let's see who they have played against so far this year...

SEA - 7th ranked pass defense (in yardage allowed).
CAR - 23rd ranked pass defense
STL - 27th ranked pass defense.
NYG - 31st ranked pass defense.
SF - 32nd ranked pass defense.

That's some top-notch competition there. If you think about it, as long as whoever the QB was could get the ball to the receivers, they were going to do well. Their division isn't the toughest in the world either. The fact that they don't have a whole lot of TD's to their credit is a little scary considering the caliber of defenses they have played.

It will get harder from here, but not for a while. Their toughest matchups will probably be Week 10 (DET), Week 12 (JAX), Week 14 (WAS), and Week 16 (PHI). Boldin/Fitz could very well be pretty good for most of the season, but you might want to temper your expectations for the weeks listed above.

To me, the most surprising part is that they've both been worth playing from a fantasy football perspective. I was sure one would be a bust - just wasn't sure which, so I steered clear of both.

Did you hear what I said? Two, count 'em TWO Arizona Cardinals wide receivers are worth playing every week.

I agree that the pass defense they have gone against hasnt been tough at all except for maybe the Hawks. I still think Boldin out performs Fits this year by a couple of hundred yards and a couple of tds. I dont know how you cant like either one of these guys though.

I still think Boldin is better than Fitz. But yeah they haven't played good defenses yet. So when they do we will see.

I know...that's why I said they'll probably be good for most of the year except the games I outlined afterwards. You'd have to imagine they'll have one or two other stinkers thrown in just because they are Arizona, but otherwise they'll probably both have good numbers.
